Scope

This privacy policy provides users with information about what kind of data is collected and used by the responsible website provider, to what extent and for what purpose. They are deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.

Data subject rights

You may request the deletion of your personal data in accordance with Art. 17 DS-GVO. You have the right under Art. 18 DS-GVO to request restriction of the processing of your personal data. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority of your choice in accordance with Ar. 77 (1) DS-GVO. This includes the data protection supervisory authority responsible for the website provider: Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.

In the event that the requirements of Art. 20 (1) DS-GVO are met, you have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to third parties. The collection of data to provide the website and the storage of log files are absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. They are therefore not based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) DS-GVO or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) DS-GVO, but are justified pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) DS-GVO. The requirements of Article 20 (1) of the GDPR are therefore not met.

Right to objection according to Art. 21 para. 1 DS-GVO

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) DS-GVO. The controller will then no longer process the personal data, unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of log files are absolutely necessary for the operation of the website.

Change to our privacy policy

In order to ensure that our data protection declaration always complies with the current legal requirements, we reserve the right to make changes at any time. This also applies in the event that the data protection declaration has to be adapted due to new or revised services, for example new services. The new data protection statement will then apply the next time you visit our website.
